- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT use this bank for a mortgage unless you want to wait FOREVER to close. Very unprofessional from the get go, when they would not issue a pre-approval letter for our buyer, saying we had to accept his offer before they could approve him, because they were not going to go through the trouble. It is Thursday evening, and after the 3rd time the closing has been pushed back, we were still hoping to close this week, but I did not receive an email or phone call stating we were not going to close, so I guess we are pushing it back again!! Just all around a HORRIBLE experience. Even our buyer who has banked their for years is fed up, and said he just about got kicked out of the bank over being so upset.
